What is Access Staffing?
Access Staffing is a staffing agency serving the New York Tri-state area. We staff the financial, office support, technology, creative, health, and legal industries, both permanent and temporary.
How do I look for jobs?
Click here to go to the job search page. Enter the necessary information in the required fields and click “Go.” You will then be shown a list of available jobs. Clicking on the job you are interested in will provide you with more information on that job.
How do I apply for a job?
When you have found a job that you are interested in, click “Apply for this job.” If you are already registered, you must enter you user name and password, if not, you must sign up with us. You can register here. Your application will then be passed on to the appropriate Staffing Consultant at Access who will contact you if an interview is necessary.
How do I look for candidates?
Click here to go to the Candidate Search page. Enter the necessary information in the required fields and click “Go.” You will be shown a list of available candidates. Clicking on a candidate’s information will allow you to view more detailed information. Registering with Access as a client allows you to have even more information on candidates, including access to view resumes, portfolios, and video interviews. You must also be registered in order to request an interview with any candidate.

Why should I register with Access?
If you are looking for a job, registering with Access allows us to begin our job search for you and allows you to be able to apply for jobs that you see posted online. If you are looking to fill a position, registering with Access allows you to view more info on candidate’s records, including: resume, video interviews (when available), and portfolios (when available.)
Are there any fees associated with registering?
There are no fees associated with registering. When you register as an Employer, you agree that if you hire a candidate provided to you by Access Staffing, there will be a fee, which will be discussed with you by one of our Staffing Consultants.
How do I log in?
You can log in on the home page in the upper right hand side of the screen.
What are Hot Jobs?
Hot Jobs are open positions that are recent and urgent. You can always check hot jobs for the latest and best openings.
What are Hot Candidates?
Hot Candidates are candidates that are in extreme demand. You can always check in on Hot Candidates to see some of Access’ most talented personnel.
What is Paycheck Poker?
Paycheck Poker is a game through which current Access freelancers and temporary workers can use the check numbers on their paychecks to win prizes.

What is a video interview?
A video interview is a videotaped interview of a candidate that can be viewed online using RealPlayer streaming technology.
How do I view video interviews?
Only registered clients can view video interviews. To log in, go here. Then do a candidate search with the specifications for the person you are looking for. Upon finding a candidate’s record that you are interested in, (you must be logged in,) you must first view the resume. After you view the resume and decide that you would like to see an interview with this individual, click the “View Video Interview” button. It is the policy of Access to submit only prescreened and qualified applicants following all state and federal laws prohibiting discrimination due to race, religion, national origin, gender, marital status, disability or age.

What is the Access Career Watch Ticker?
The Access Career Watch Ticker is a Java based scrolling job and candidate ticker. It is updated daily with Access’ newest availabilities in positions and candidates. It can be customized to show the resources available in any department and location combinations. You can also “detach” your ticker and set it up on your desktop so you can search the Web or work offline while the ticker remains on your screen.
How do I customize my ticker?
To customize your ticker, click on "customize" in the lower left hand side of the ticker and follow the instructions.

What is the Q and A Forum?
The Q and A forum is a threaded discussion group where visitors to the Access site can post their comments and questions. It is monitored by an Access Staffing Consultant who can answer all of your questions.
